Certification means that BJ‑Deal has verified that the item in your ad is real and that the owner is the person who published it. Once validated, your ad receives a "Certified" badge visible to everyone.

A quick and secure process to certify your ad
Choose certification
From your ad page, click on the "Certify this ad" button.
Add a video
Show the item and provide necessary documents (receipt, title, ID if requested).
Choose an agency
Opt for remote or in-agency verification. A supervisor will contact you.
What happens after?
The supervisor verifies the evidence (video call or agency appointment). If everything is OK, your ad receives the "Certified" badge and remains displayed. If verification fails, you receive a message explaining the decision and can submit again.
