2. Ad Publication

All published ads must comply with our rules:

  • content compliant with applicable legislation
  • no fraud, scams, or illegal activities
  • authentic photos/videos/documents
  • sincere description, without price manipulation or information concealment

Ads may be:

  • published automatically
  • subject to automatic verification
  • reviewed manually by our team of controllers/supervisors

BJ-Deal reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or delete any non-compliant ad.

3. User Responsibilities

The user is solely responsible for published content, transactions, and exchanges with other members.

BJ-Deal is not a party to transactions and does not guarantee payments, deliveries, or product quality in transactions between advertiser and interested party. Exception made for ads Certified by our agencies.

4. Evaluations, Comments, and Bookings

Booking and rating systems must be used in a spirit of honesty and respect.

Any attempt to:

  • manipulate ratings
  • sabotage competitors
  • create fake accounts

will result in immediate sanctions.

5. Supervisors / Controllers

Supervisors perform verification, ad control, and security missions.

Supervisors must strictly respect the framework defined in their module and must never bypass internal rules.

6. Suspension & Sanctions

An account may be suspended or blocked in case of:

  • fraud or suspected fraud
  • non-compliance with publication rules
  • fraud in reviews, bookings, or certifications
  • identity theft
  • dangerous or illegal behavior
