Process in 5 steps
Fill out the multi-step form by uploading your ID card, selfie, proof video, and business documents if you are a professional.
Your items are placed in a secure queue and automatically assigned to a qualified supervisor.
The supervisor verifies your documents. Preferred option: video call. If necessary: physical appointment at agency.
Approval → your account is marked as certified. Rejection → reason recorded with detailed notification allowing you to correct and reapply.
Temporary data is deleted after decision and certification is immediately applied to your public profile.
